If you are EVER in Los Angeles you will go to the Sesame Grill. Don’t fight it. It is the absolute coolest hidden Jewel I know of. It’s an Asian Fusion restaurant that gets the highest score so far for a Festivus Gastronomicus review.
Becky had the brilliant idea to have a chili party which included a chili contest and Yankee swap. The party was a complete success with several hearty recipes competing for number one. All in all, an excellent call for a cold January night.
Lots of amazing food things have happened since the last post. However, circumstances beyond my control led to the loss of all the pictures of the exciting holiday foodness. Let’s not dwell on what could have been. Instead, let us embrace the new year with open cookbooks, preheated ovens, and a willingness to test our limits.
