Re: my roasting troubles: It turned out that there was something horribly wrong with our oven and some oven fixing man had to come and put a new part into it or something like that. So the problem had nothing to do with me, my vegetables, or your fine, fine roasting pan. Wheee! Yay! You’re back! And I love your review of Metropolis.
