Sorry to hear you guys are moving to Germany, but I hope you'll keep posting. And I heard that there are wonderful sauerkraut, sausages and diary products, in case that gives you some consolation. My brother went down to TJ and walked into some random restaurant and asked them to teach him. He's got some good skills, and he spends a fair amount of time in LA.
