About Me

For now it’s just me writing blog entries, though most of them will probably include my fiancee Jen. We are 27 and recently moved from Boston to Los Angles, on our way to Germany this summer.

I learned to cook from my mother because she didn’t want me to be as maladroit as my father in the kitchen.

More importantly, I was raised by a French family and grew up eating delicious foods prepared by my grandmother, aunts, and cousins. Food was a big part of our family tradition growing up and still makes up a big part of who I am.

Other than being French, I am half German, and an opera singer passionately pursuing the refinement of pleasure.
